Enrollment Packet

This page includes all the forms that you’ll need for enrollment. It also includes the parent handbook in case you misplaced it and need a refresher. All forms should be turned in to the preschool director along with everything noted in the “Completed Packet Checklist” in order to register your child for Faith Family Preschool. Please contact the director and schedule a tour prior to registration; a printed set of forms will be made available during the tour, but we offer these as a quick access backup (we know, things happen!).
